Currently true cloud company, Very good company with a great product as well market leader we were a great team with very good relations and collaboration

At the time a lot of changes when changing from public to private company I did not agreed to some processes changes which came along with new world wide support's management. i.e. we were tier 2 engineers and we were asked to work in shifts handling tier 1 and 2.

Welcoming, positive culture - freedom to work autonomously, run with ideas, etc. and support is there when you need it. Talented leadership team, focused on all the right things. Growing in every geography. The company is big enough for good coverage of all key business areas and career growth, yet small enough to get things done quickly.

Great team to work with. A number of great individuals that were passionate and incredible at their job which made it enjoyable to work there. A continuous need to adapt to a new strategy and team which made you agile.
Cons
Management constantly changed which meant following leadership was challenging.
