Great PS team members who care about the job they do. Great customer list of leading corporations.
Cons
Assigned too many projects at one time. Administrative overload and Sr mgmt that does not appreciate lang hours and hard work of teams. Many SR mgmt changes in last 2 years has stagnated the company somewhat. They seem to have lost their focus and the company expands and shrinks and expands and shrinks. It cuases uneasiness for the whole team. There are limited personal incentives and no employee culture

I joined the ClickSoftware sales team 1 year ago and it has been an incredible first 12 months. Having sold software all over the world for more than 20 years with big companies, small companies, and everywhere in between, it was important to me that my next endeavor be with a company who had a vision to fundamentally change the world. And we have. Becoming a “Clicker” was an easy decision for me after doing a little homework. ClickSoftware has a very strong and very loyal customer base. They have world-class products (Gartner MQ for 6 consecutive years!) and have formed very strategic partnerships with some of the most powerful software companies on the planet: Salesforce.com and SAP. But that’s just the company. What really got me excited was the people. From the most senior executives to the developers behind our transformational platform – from the consulting services team to the support engineers who ensure our customers deliver exception experiences for their customers every day – from our go-to-market teams to our finance, accounting, and legal teams who make doing business with Click and easy choice for our customers. Exceptionally talented people all around me from whom I learn more every day. No hidden agendas, no politics – just a winning attitude from the entire organization who has a singular focus to drive compelling results for our customers. Is ClickSoftware a perfect company? Of course not – no company is. But I’ve realized more success at Click in the last 12 months than I have in the last 12 years combined – and I had a lot of fun doing it.

This company is winning. After a period of transition the organization is aligned, and the focus is delivering huge wins, delighted customers, and some incredible momentum.

Banana Republic. There is Short-sighted leadership and employees always talk about job stability. There is no vision for India team. It does not matter what goals company have, management always tries to sustain their job by any means. Neither any talent nor environment to grow talent exist. And they fire people for having the redundant job profile. More time you spend with ClickSoftware more you become uncompetitive. Not only your skills you will loose self confidence too. Instead of committing their incompetency Director/Managers blames managers/leads who left the company. HR performs only on visit of delegates.

Good Environment for those who are not in the support team. Free lunch, snacks, and other office activities. If you're in teams other than support, you'll be lucky enough to get the 9 AM to 6 PM timings plus good recognition and incentives.
Cons
No new learning. Work experience here is of no use. No place for talented and creative employees. No Job security. Biased management. Make sure to drop your resignation after getting the quarterly bonus or else the HR will simply decline to give your bonus amount because of improper terms and conditions. Management can fire you and your team at any point of time. I've seen this personally. India office management is not good, you have to face a lot of politics here.
