      The culture of the company really resonates with me. Working in HR, for me its critical that the company cares about its people and I truly think the caring value really comes to life, and I have experienced the same having worked across different teams and countries. There are also a lot of opportunities for development and growth especially if you are open to move to other countries or move cross-functionally

      In some areas of the business, including HR, we have very lean teams so several teams are overwhelmed with workload Being a matrixed organization sometimes decision making is not very clear and people in different teams or locations own different parts of a process which can take time or represent administrative burden
