Pros
Basic salary is better comparing to many MNC in the region. Benefits and increment/bonus are less appealing.
Cons
Complexity in workplace cause heavy workload to employees . All the digital systems are a flash of pan. These systems do not integrate into daily workloads to increase efficiency of employees. In addition, everyone work in the most inconvenience way as possible to show their value in the job for job security. No career progress according to market standards, Colgate only recognized internal training provide by e-learning system. Eventually employees lost their sense in the job market.
