      Pay was excellent benefits as well vacation time sick pay paid holidays etc.

      Cons

      Micromanaged silly policies that change day to day. HR department was a complete joke and company informed employees its moving and shutting down plant. In Morristown NJ.

      Pros

      Culture, personal growth, leadership grooming are the key things to take away. There is some pressure for achievements but it is well rewarded in the end.

      Cons

      Peer pressure is not that great. You have to commit to improve yourself or take the help of your managers. Some amount of favoritism exists at the lower levels of the organization.
