      Very good compensation, benefits and work life balance. The company has very good core values and fosters a team environment.

      Cons

      The company has been restructuring for the past 30 years. It's very difficult to plan a career with the company. Senior positions within the company are selected from global candidates as opposed to employees working their way up the "ladder".
