      Pros

      Competitive salary, benefits, 401K plan.

      Cons

      Can be a nice place to work but probably like anywhere it depends on the department you are assigned to. Admins who have been with the company a long time say that the workload has increased and the perks are fewer than in the past. Hours are 8:30 am. to 4:15 which is nice with half day on Fridays in the summer. Bonuses are mainly in the form of company stock.

      Pros

      They company has a diversity of backgrounds and ethnicities. The benefits and pay are comparable if not better than other companies.

      Cons

      Like most companies the heirarchy is prominent. To get promoted it seems you have to be in the 'IN' crowd. Many people stay at the company for a long time which is good but it makes it difficult for newcomers.
