      Pros

      - Job security - Lots of Moms, therefore people are caring and nice - Well-defined jobs. Not much thinking required. - Good pay and work hours.

      Cons

      - No creativity or challenge - Political and hierarchial - Very old school, old white men culture - Strict, long winded processes - Tries to mould employees. Opinions are discouraged.

      Nice people, strong brands, but too lean

      Pros

      Most of the people are good to work with and collaborative. Aims for work/life balance with 2 day work from home option. Lots of opportunities to move and try different roles and to have exposure with senior management.

      Cons

      People are stretched too thin due to lean environment. Some managers are in their positions due to years of experience but have no people management skills or training.
