      Pros

      Home office - that’s the only thing that honestly keeps you going. Salary payed on time.

      Cons

      Have to work 365/year, some shifts are till 11pm. Regaring working holidays, company created system that only makes you pay double if holiday was on chosen week day… Working with clients mostly very toxic and draining. You are like therapist, customer service, tech support, tester, AI with multitasking function and very much pressed from the top all the time. You are In need to work on multiple cases in the same time for example with two real time chats in the same time. No benefits apart from funny little 40 or 50€ bonus card per month

      Thorough training on products upto 4 weeks, trainers really good Option to work from home office Get to learn everything about Social Media ads Multi kulti

      Cons

      Too many internal meetings 2 times a day with team leaders Bonus could be a lot better as you are dealing with multi million dollar companies Basic salary 2750 euros is good for Berlin

      The colluges are kind and helpful. The salary is fair considering the minimal requirments.

      Cons

      The upper managment is detached and pressuring. No trust between the employer and employees.
