      als Werkstudent arbeiten nette Kollegen, guter Gehalt 14,5e pro Stunde, flexible Arbeitszeit( man kann arbeiten wenn man will)

      man muss zu viel arbeiten im Winter und am Wochenende gibt es zu viele Werbung um zu verteilen

In den Märkten, in denen wir tätig sind, bieten wir, angemessene und wettbewerbsfähige Vergütungspakete an im Rahmen unserer Möglichkeiten. Schön zu hören, dass du zufrieden bist mit deinem Gehalt. Frieden und somit eine gute Stimmung am Arbeitsplatz sind nicht nur erstrebenswert, sondern auch gesund. Erwiesenermaßen erhöht ein gutes Klima im Unternehmen außerdem die Produktivität aller Beschäftigten. Das Thema Arbeitsbelastung ist mit Sicherheit, insbesondere in der aktuellen Situation, ein Thema, das eine hohe Priorität hat. Im Idealfall hat ein Unternehmen daher nur so viele Mitarbeiter, wie es auch Arbeit gibt. Allerdings ist die Menge an Arbeit oft nicht konstant, sondern schwankt teilweise stark. Vielleicht wäre es eine Idee, die Personalabteilung zu kontaktieren und dort deine Erfahrungen/Verbesserungsvorschläge mitzuteilen. Wir hoffen, dass deine Zeit bei uns weiterhin sehr produktiv sein wird. Wir sind sicher, dass dein Beitrag jeden Tag einen Unterschied macht, damit unsere Kunden zufrieden sind. Vielen dank dafür!
