      Not as good as it looks

      Pros

      Logistics is interesting industry and the work is always interesting. Working for DHL is having only benefit to land better jobs in the industry.

      Cons

      The working atmosphere is very bad. It’s a kindergarten where no one makes a decision or takes responsibility. Over employed. Most of people are not performing their basic job description and are being tolerated for it. The payment is disproportionate especially expats being underpaid. Same with people being on same position and women. The top employer label is not representing the reality inside.
