      I think that the time shared between the tasks does not have a base. Some people work more on harder tasks and other more on the easier and I think it should be everything equal.

      Pros

      Big company, different experiences and good possibilities to develop, great international and young team, travelling only when required and flexible work.

      Cons

      Company operates in low margin business, not a lot of other benefits, offices very standard, very distant from senior management high seperation. Similar teams in other regions had more interaction with Management and also more team building activities.
