Dear colleague, Thank you for the 4-star rating and for sharing your experience of DHL with a wider audience! We are very happy to hear that you are enjoying your trainee program, although there might have been some hiccups initially. You are completely correct, onboarding of new hires or trainees is supposed to be discussed and planned out before the new person starts their job. With the raging of pandemic, working from home and a generally higher workload, there might have been an unintentional lapse in this regard. We are sorry for that.
