      Pros

      I really got to work with the MVP legends and was a great experience. We have feedback every quarter and the HR team and other management is ready to help us any time. They truely have an open door policy. A truly next gen! For me, since I was from a normal company, at first the Nextgen Tag was different and loved working with the team each day. Would highly recommend to my friends and would join back in future.

      Nothing much as mentioned earlier, they keep on improvising and take our suggestions.

      Strong Technical background employees are existed.

      Cons

      No Managers. HR Policy is worst. Full of blame games. It has been completed more than 2 years. No professionalism. Management is still casual. Family business. No Transparency. Management is not reachable. No salary in time.

      The title says it all! Have you ever wondered how tough it is to fit in a new company? 1. Dazeworks is not a company, they are home. 2. Very warm onboarding 3. All the policies are made clear 4. Dazeworks chooses a great pool of people who can culturally fit. 5. An organization in which personal and professional life is equally maintained. 6. Freedom of work 7. Friendly managers 8. Salesforce Knowledge flow could be experienced. 9. They involve all the team members. 10. Never an employee-employer relation, its all about team work! 11. More than what normally a person could see in a start-up.

      Dazeworks is growing strong and steady and we need time to point any cons as of now!
