Pros

Not a single pros, would be the worst start up, no policies, no positive atmosphere, blame games, no professionalism and the worst management

Cons

- Keep increasing the duration of probation - Management is bad, no professionalism - Behavioural issues - HR don't know how to behave - They promise a lot but doesn't fulfils a single commitment - They give a different profile and ask to work on different role - Employee Adamant, no body silences anyone

Thanks for taking the time to review us and its unfortunate that you had to leave us on a bad note. I sincerely wish you find your desired work environment in any new role that you may take up. My team and I work with all our heart towards building a company/family that will make this a second home to everyone on the team. As you rightly pointed out, we are a startup and a fast-growing one at that. It may have been difficult for me to personally engage with each and everyone on the team and believe me, given the chance, I would like to do nothing better that. To address some of your specific concerns on probation, we normally extend the probation period only in cases where team members' (remote or otherwise) performance has to be reassessed, based on a peer feedback mechanism. If it helps, please feel free to email me if this has not been the case for you so I can address it better. I also have a lot of confidence on my team and believe in self-motivated and truly passionate people who give us the best feedback on how we can improve. Again, its unfortunate that our vision did not match and we could not meet your expectations. But, thank you for sharing your valuable opinion. This will help me focus more on ensuring that everyone understands their contributions are deeply appreciated. Once again, good luck for your future endeavors.
