Great product. Great team members. Many happy customers that are very invested in the success of the implementation.

Cons

Product group disconnected with customers. Account Managers manage too many accounts. Senior management is so focused on growth that they do not realize a storm is brewing.

Pros

There are lots of opportunities to take on responsibility, get involved in other areas or become the SME in something new. Everyone is super-approachable. There is a great atmosphere in the office. Local leadership are excellent. People are recognized for success. There are great benefits (pension, life insurance, health and dental, free snacks, drinks on Fridays, bonuses for referring friends etc). Generous holidays!

Cons

Growing fast brings its own problems and uncertainties globally and locally, especially in this climate for startups, but there is a strong management team which will take the company to the next level. There are also a lot of Chiefs!

DocuSign is leader and pioneer in digital transaction management (DTM) space. Working for a engineering team that is leading and creating a new market segment is humbling.... Awesome product and projects, very impactful work, great coworkers, good work-life balance, free lunchs, snacks, drinks, every Friday - bagels/donut, dinner, drinks, music (happy hour). As an engineer you are working on industry leading technology (proven and loved) and work with brilliant talent.

Growing pains - DocuSign is growing rapidly and need more resources…
