The stress the managers go through is treadful. The pay for what the management team is below average. They are constantly building stores. Why don't they take some of the increased sales money they are making and increase the salaries or offer more for current employee's They ask too much from the employee's but continue to pay them minumum wage. No tools for the management team to work with. I have been offered a salary management position but would never accept it seeing what my manager goes through. They do not care about your personal life. The turnover rate is over or close to 100%.

The distribution center I worked at engaged in a lot of clique activity. This was my greatest obstacle. However, it is my understanding that much of this activity has been dismantled by corporate office.
