Where to start... Management is a joke, full of themselves, borderline God syndrome, can not lead/manage people. Caught my line manager lying straight in my face, throwing anybody under the bus incl predecessor. Any mistake is blamed on somebody else. During my time here 2 people left the department within 3 months, replaced by immature and cheap Uni grads. Fin Managers are very pompous and can not stand you happen to know more than them. Please and thank you are unknown words. Team motivation is a foreign term. All around a lot if lazy people working here that could not get a job any place else. Career, non existent unless the bosses make money with it. Not a single benefit, all just bare minimum legal requirement. HQ is worn out and smells awfully. No culture or values... all talk and management by bottom line

Absolutely everything, there was zero direction or communication, but EXPECTATIONS were in achievable due to labor and store operations given.
