Zero hr contract Expected to pay for any mistakes Expected to flog rubbish offers and nectar No bonus Min wage No bank hol bonus No night rate No xmas bonus Entire business is operated with a culture of fear No staff discount Site may close for refurbishment at any point with no notice How the company has got so big is beyond me. Needs investing for all employment law breaches All sites run by bare min staff yet everything still expected to be done

Exceptionally Unprofessional and Terrible to Staff, Avoid at all Costs

My regular customers, gaining experience from one of the worst garage employers in the UK on how NOT to run a garage.

Cons

Unprofessional management would constantly moan about their employees and how they weren't doing things correctly but wouldn't point it out to them in person. 0 hours contract, being called in with only 40 minutes notice whilst I was 100 miles away. Very poor security as there's a lack of CCTV and lighting at night in risky areas plus you're expected to work alone and have the doors open whilst doing jobs around the shop. The exceptionally condescending manner in which I would always be spoken to as though I'm 8yro with an IQ of 20. No future job prospects/career pathways mentioned at all. Overall, just a terrible place to work for.
