Pros
On a team level the vibes are great, and depending on the location the offices are a great place to work. Good work life balance on most days.
Cons
On a macro business level the company has gotten a lot more corporate and there has been a lack of empathy from most of the current board and new leadership hires. Berlin office is very corporate and has little in common with your typical music company. No development prospects in many departments, you really have to get lucky with your manager and how well they get along with the C-level, if you want to fast track your career. Budget very limited in some departments, until it suddenly isn't anymore and gets spent on a whim by department head.
