Pros
Good company and benefits and a nice environment to work in. Flexible in most situations regarding families and work life balance.
Cons
As many of the managers are leftovers from the Kodak C&GS group the mentality is too similar to be mistaken and its obvious what happens from that managing skill set if you look at Kodak today. There are still too many micro-managers without skills to do anything more. Unfortunately it's always the working staff that are blamed for the errors and 'downsized' but the mangers that are shaken in their birdcage only to fall on a different branch.
