one of the most toxic environments to work in, minimum wage, no transparency and they'll always find ways to deduct more money from your wage

Pros

Work for some clients can be ok, otherwise, it gets stressful. Diverse and international environment.

Cons

A minimum-wage job with poor training and few possibilities for growth. Management rarely addresses employees' issues, and jobs are not secure, as accounts/markets are closed or downsized frequently. Hardware is a joke. IT and HR take ages to fix problems or check salary/bonus complaints.
