Good enviroment for work and they offer a good training too

Cons

I worked for an insurance company where the policy conditions were quite poor. We had to handle a high volume of calls, most of which couldn’t be resolved due to the limitations of the coverage. Additionally, the salary did not reflect the demands of the job, and the system we used was also quite complicated and inefficient.
