Pros

The people are great. The benefits and pay are top-notch.

Cons

This company is a sinking ship. Layoffs after layoffs after layoffs. The new CTO and his friends came in and laid off the top performers to promote their friends. There is no product direction, no vision, and all the products are half-baked. I was suprised to see a good review from a GTM person here - I'm not on that team but they are complaining ALL the time ( I guess we are losing customers all over the place). A merge with indeed seems imminent.

Worthwhile work. Challenging projects. Corporate leadership did well by the folks they laid off in 2023.

Cons

Layoffs. Constant reorganization. Some managers are not emotionally equipped for the responsibilities they hold.
