Cons: 1: Bad HR policy 2: I was worked in night shift for more than 2 year till the time no body was bothered about me suddenly i came on company pool for long time and one day HR called me and asked me to leave with out any prior Information . It could be happen with anyone because company does not have Projects and lots of people are on pool . They either force to reallocate or to Resign. My exp was too bad with GL. No Hike in last 3 years, no promotions and if you are not billable here you will be on edge . 3. Monopoly of old people , HR only listen managers and here HR's are worst they don't even care about yr career .

* from the beginning, they have ignore concerns about pay, including ignoring workers asking for fair pay and decent benefits * has used and continues to use dishonest third party contractor companies to pad their workforce. When this was stymied and workers who had been promised full-time employment were made FTEs, they decided to drop health benefits * rumors of utilizing woefully underpaid foreign workers on some teams * stripped overtime from lower leadership then turned around and claimed they are making millions and talked about owning pickleball courts * recently put a moratorium on social spaces for a nearly 100% remote workforce
