Pros
Nice place to work, with good learning and Salary offed is better than other Service based companies. Most of the Projects are good except few (Microsoft).
Cons
If they are hiring for Microsoft project, strictly don't go. Here are the reasons: Manager is too rude, you will experience the same in interview itself. Manager manages team from Noida , but plays too much of politics. Manger is too much interested in your personal life. Taking one leave is difficult sometimes as you have to answer manager if you went for an interview. No one is there to listen you for manager feedback, other people in project are nice. If you are joining in Noida, then it will be very difficult as manager sits in Noida only.
