Pros

No Pros at all. Sorry!

Cons

- Micro management -People who are old in the organization do nothing and nobody says anything to them specially team leads and above peoples. -Very poor annual hikes. -No skip level manager meetings. If you have a problem with your manager, nobody is there to listen. Please groom the managers here. -If you are good in buttering then you can servive even you don't have to work. -They are also good in blame game- in putting the blame on their sub-ordinates when the going is not great. Not to mention, they are equally adept in running away with the credit of good work when they least deserved it. -Leads come late to office and spend their most of the time smoking cigarette. -Work from home only for lead, consultant and managers. -HR & managers who are sitting since long in organisation have no professionalism & do whatever they want. -No on-site for eligible candidates instead favouritism still exist in globallogic, no matter how technically bad the employee is. -Most of the times need to extend due to unwanted work at the last minute. -They die for cost cutting. Removed water bottle facilities, Stopped Annual Parties, badly impacted appraisals.

Pros

Flexibility of timings Transport Some good projects

Cons

Ok, I have been working here for 3 years so I know this place quite well. Manager is lire, Director is lire, HR is lire. They will fool you to get in their project and then make you work like they own you and then forget your need for appraisal and promotion or even appreciation. They give silly reasons to disrespect you and make you feel like your contribution to project was not enough and somehow you are not good enough. Low appraisal: once you join salary is fine but after that 4-6% is avg appraisal. and they make big claims that they have earned multi millions in last year, but when it comes to paying salary they run away. They also claim that they have given salary increment as compared to market standards with similar companies. which is a big lie. No promotion even if you have relevant experience. For freshers it is fine, but afterwords only your manager is god, and if your project gets changed (which usually happens in 6 months) only god can save you. HR do not know policies. They lie on your face in order to save themselves when you inquire. I was very happy when i joined this company, but later on found it very disappointing.
