Pros

Not many to mention - all smoke and mirrors

Cons

Where do I start? Horrible company culture, favouritism, blame game culture, no collaboration - culture of fear

Pros

Work from home flexibility, decent benefits, few rockstar business leaders

Cons

It’s a long list , medieval age systems from HR to business, hitachi sale and integration is a disaster, disoriented ceo who talks bad about hitachi in town halls, no merit increases (although vp and above are taken care of), useless HRBPs,

Pros

-nice office in Krakow; -company caries all the paperwork well; -benefits;

Cons

GlobalLogic was my third outsourcing company I had a short chance to work with, after Luxoft and EPAM. Despite quite a good reviews and opinions from some of my friends working there in Ukraine, I do not share such position and personally considering my experience with GL after as a career downgrade. -hiring process was quite aggressive from GL's side; made a big pressure on myself; the hiring manager was suggesting straight how to get out from my current company without notice period, how to deal in that situation; -2000s atmosphere. All the project documentation/knowledge base was residing somewhere between numerous of random confluence pages, MS Excel documents, personal google drive whatsoever, txt files and a number of bad quality recordings. -virtual machines environment with big issue to orchestrate and configure them; -useless trainings coming from the customer. A lot. Like really a lot of useful trainings. GL management was more concerned about the pass rate of those trainings then the project itself. -knowledge library, lack of any growing platform. The only platform available for us was Udemy if I'm not mistaken an one payed corporate account was shared among all the guys; -lack of experienced project/people management; -cheep corporate portal design and profile page which squeezes each employee's photo;
