      Pros

      I didn't felt any thing good in my project. If you are hiring for project MARS(voyager) in 2020 forgot about your personal life.

      Cons

      Hired for one technology and assigned on other. With in one week work is assigned. Work is started from morning 10 am to midnight 4:am including Saturday and Sunday. If we didn't work on night and weekends. They Will tell performance issues. Full of politics. If any bug assigned it has to complete in 15 mins. Managers will play politics on high level and blame simply. Managers will not give enough time to have lunch also. There is no team lead concept. No KT on project.
