      Worst HRs and Worst Hiring process. Management is too worst

      Pros

      No work but they pay salary thats the advantage.

      Cons

      If project loses or closes the employment will shut down. No learning curve Hiring team hires for different technology and place us at worst I hired as developer and gave me testing If I ask them they tells will move to dev in future HRs are very bad.

      No pros.....company looks good from outside....from inside, its a mess.....lots of incompetent people have gone to the top....

      Cons

      1. Unprofessional HR team in India. 2. No hikes for old employees no matter how good u work. 3. Almost 80% of old employees have resigned(those who have been here for last 2-5 years) 4. Poor management. 5. Work culture is too bad. 6. Bad politics at senior level. 7. No professional/career growth. 8. Extremely high attrition rate. 9. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than government company. 10. Vision-less Unethical Top management. 11. Please stop making people fool and try to respect them who are putting their efforts to generate revenue and earned new projects for you. 12. Worst work culture and high Unethical behaviour. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its their fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit. 13. They are the worst company I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      The people at GlobalLogic are very nice. I love my co-workers. I just finished 3 years here and look forward to many more. The work environment is open (not boxed cubes) and we get free lunch every day. The CEO really cares about the employees. He is the best CEO I've have ever worked for. It is great having a leader that is extremely smart and I have confidence in. The pay is average. Benefits are good. Nice building with plenty of parking. The work is interesting and there is a wide variety of projects. Flexible hours (if you have kids to drop off at daycare or a doctors appointment) are helpful.

      Cons

      Better pay would be nice, but it really is a good place to work.
