- Flexible Timings - Plenty of Work from Home facility. - Can spend hours in Snooker play and other activities.

Cons

- Managers are biased. They are giving good appraisal rating to those who don't work much and Hard working employees are getting ignored. - Managers don't have any mechanism to track how good you are doing for your client. They only cares for company level initiatives. - Internal Politics is a big concern. - Employee who use flattery to persuade his Manger are getting good ratings.

Worst Management at Nagpur Medical Domain Project

* Medical domain project is good and lots of scope to grow in Nagpur * This project is cash cow for Nagpur centre * Lot's of onsite opportunities * Lot's of new/lateral talented people are hired/available to grow this account but due to politics they are getting suppress

Cons

* Sr. Manager and his dear friends are only going to onsite, they are not giving a chance other technical people * Manger and Architects are only going for onsite to just collect Medical devices, which can shippable as well. * Sr. Manager is forcefully creating an onsite opportunity for him not giving a chance to his subordinate * Sr. Manger is treating his subordinate as his servants * There will be 100% chance to loose this project as well due to Sr. Manager as he is not from Technical background.

Very disappointing company The hardware they provide you is ages old, The laptops dont boot, the harddisks dont crunch numbers On top of it they have this drive encryption software mandates, which slows the computer to a crawl This very they made a mockery of Employee Awards, gifting people things like Notebook, Post it notes Worst company to work for
