All of this is applicable only if you are in Company Premises : Great Worklife balance Flexible Work Timings Work from home Free breakfast Relaxed managers and work

Cons

If you are in Client side (which happens in most cases since they do not have a single project of their own) then tou will have to face: 0 support from the Company Weekend Support Second shifts for 1 week once in a month Strict 9 hours of office Extra Working hours No increament or appreciation No Onsite No WORK FROM HOME This company makes fake promises like Onsite, flexible timings and great work life balance however all that is Simply Fraud as I would term it. Company literally forgets your existence and promises made once you go to Client Company and the managers nod to everything the Client says. The Company doesn't follow any policies and does not pay any heed to you no matter how simple or grave your problem is! Never take this company's offer and join for your own good.
