Pros

Good work-life balance, work from home

Cons

unrealistic expectations, no pay increases or promotions, very low wages, unsustainable environments, no feasible healthcare options, and a recent Return To Office for employees who live in the area.

Pros

Flexible hours. Occasionally there are interesting assignments.

Cons

Fired me in the middle of the day without actually telling me. My computer that they provided just signed me out. I thought it was a technical glitch, and it took many hours and calling and texting many different people to find out they'd actually laid me off.

Pros

* Plenty of new experiences with interesting projects * Enjoyable meeting with the client and building relationships * Direct colleagues and fellow team leads are pleasant

Cons

* Upper management doesn't prioritize employees wellbeing * No room for growth anymore * Waited over 6 months for a pay raise to coincide with my new role * Feel unappreciated by upper leadership. The only acknowledgment I get is from direct colleagues and the client.
