Pros

WFH Easy hiring Best company to work in when you don't want to work just stay in the team

Cons

Worst company to start your career. If any fresher is reading this don't even think of joining this company. I have seen brilliant and energetic fresh talent ruined here. From manager to vice president, everyone lies to your face Work culture is not just bad but don't even exist They won't give a decent increment to employees who are billed and work day and night but are hiring abnormally. No succession planning. No promotions. No hike since last 2 years. There are people who have been Working even longer like 5 years and dont get any increment. Rarely good projects to work in. Rarely good managers Booklicking is rewarded No innovation and efficiency and so so many more.

Pros

Some of my coworkers were very nice people.

Cons

Worked on a contract with a major client. Too much micromanaging. We would get written up if we didn't respond to a chat message within 15 minutes. Some of the team leads had ego issues. When asking one of them for help, they refused to give it.

Pros

The best thing about the content analyst position could be said about any job: they pay you to do it.

Cons

No benefits. Not as engaging, technical, or profitable as you might think working with AI would be. Communication and management is very poor at best. Basically ZERO advance notice of weekend or extended shift overtime opportunities, one of the many ways they showed how little our time or plans mean to them. I was told it would be Temp-to-Hire during my interview only to find out a year later I "transitioned" to full-time temp without anyone telling me. When I asked for clarification, I was let go due to "downsizing to meet project goals". I was told I would need to work on-site in Austin, signed a year lease, was transitioned to Remote, and lost money every month due to ridiculous rent prices and the pay GlobalLogic offers. Hands down the worst job experience I've had so far.
