policy is too bad. 1. Nov 30th they sent a mail Dec 1st onwards the notice period is 90days. 2. In January onwards they didn't give any hike to any employee. 3. earlier Leaves are carry forward but they changed the policy with giving excuses. 4. After marriage, you wont get any rewards or coupon. there is no policy. 5.Health Insurance you will get as 3 Lakhs only including parents. 6. Mobile bill ,internet bill amount including salary component only there is no extra benefits or money apart from your salary. 7. management is too bad you always feel that your job is secure or not. 8. After joining the company you have to give the one or two client rounds.

1. Not a people friendly company. People are just grey matter for the management. As long as they are billable to project they are fine. As soon as you get on to bench, people are treated quite badly, and always at a risk of getting fired. 2. It is pure hire and fire company. 3. HR policies are too weak, HR will never listen and be considerate to employee's issues and they will always go with management decision, rather questioning them. 4. You may be asked to change your tech stack entirely as per project requirement, as they are more concerned for billing rather individual aspiration or career path. 5. Work life balance is not there 6. Onsite opportunities are less, old people are using their contacts to get preference
