      No pros at all in this organisation.

      1.Band 4 and above management is worst.Need urgent replacement for them including the MD.He has made the organization worst. 2.No stability, strategy, just greedy for money. 3.As long as you are in project you are safe after that u will be shown the door. 4.People sirting at top level in Noida are doing no value addition , just baking their breads on labours hard work. 5.High attrition due to job insecurity. Always HR is in Hire n Fire mode.Totally unethical organisation. 6.I had been with the organization for long time and saw how it transitioned from Great Induslogic to worst Globallogic.

      Till now I have found none.

      Cons

      No leaves on time.. Biased System. Salary hikes and appraisals are so low that you can't even buy poison with that.. Poor food.
