      Worst “hiring standards”

      Pros

      The office, infrastructure and food, transportation is good.

      Cons

      They hire literally any fool who agrees to work for less pay. 90 percent of the office is filled with people of these kind. People here do not even know basic english, and always want to do all other things, except work. If you are a person with a decent education and come from a background of discipline, this company is not recommended. It will definitely spoil your mental health. And it is only after coming here, that you will get to know that there is no growth in this company. The trainers will themselves say to find some other job and dont stay here for long. It pains me to say, “most of the people working here have no manners.”.

      everything is vain if you dont give salary and appraisal to people.

      Cons

      There has been NO salary hike in last 2 years...and management does not give a clear picture to employees on the future. Everything is a big bluff...its not Great place to work but Worst place to work. Highly demotivating...dont ruin your career growth by joining GL
