The absence of substantial software engineering client work makes its a bad place to software engineers to work and are asked to do menial work instead . The recruitment team is misleading, painting an inaccurate picture of the company, pay and opportunities. Although the company claims to address social issues such as the pay gap and support for women, there is little tangible action or transparency, making these efforts appear a hollow marketing exercise of their social media channels.
