      work life balance problem, every 15mins one bug needs to fix, every our tracking, mid night meetings , midnight status, more excel sheet management resources compare to developers, fresher to senior - all are same_ bug resolver_developer_architect_lead_product_owner_all_in_one, no life except work,

      Good for yes boss people

      Cons

      They can change their policy any time even in backdate as per their convenience. Even non profitable things like GC apply can also be changed and denied any time, even though you are working from 8 years and excellent performer. However can be given to new commer whos manager takes a stand and fights for you. You have to be chossy and get manager reviews before joining project. As your manager can even brake promise any time even for non profit assets like GC filling.

      In M*** project: 1. No Work life balance. 2. You can get a call at 2am in the night and they expect you to pick up and work (for no important reason). 3. Senior Management interfere a lot causing chaos in the team. 4. No proper SDLC followed, causing a lot of stress. In short a hell In Campus: 1. No cafeteria inside office. 2. Very small office
