Pros

trying hard to retain projects Nice work building

Cons

Here you go - 1. Company has not give hike since last two years 2. Company has not updated its employees about the appraisal delay. 3. Company never updates if appraisal will happen or not. 4. They first changed the notice period to 3 months and after that not giving appraisal.. to avoid appraisal cycle company plan to change the appraisal period.. they changed it from July to December and not given even a single rupees for 2 years and now to get more time.. I am pretty sure they will change cycle to July. Worst HR team, Company is exploiting its employee to work hard to retain clients but they are not giving single rupees in appraisal. If you join you wont get appraisal for 3 years minimum, if you are manager licker in that case you will get the appraisal. No input from leads being taken to decide who should get appraisal. No office party, no HR activity just work and die.

Pros

Not much. Very high working hours. Useless grind and favouritism.

Cons

Short answer : No work life balance, managers are useless, mostly all colleagues are frustrated and insecure, highest levels of micromanagement across industry and purely desi outlook for work and employees Long answer : People who are humble are either new joiners or serving notice. Those who are here from more than 4-5 years will do everything apart from work. Unfortunately you will find such people as your reporting managers. There is lot of politics. New developers/Product owners/Scrum Masters/Business analysts usually bear the brunt of client as mostly all senior folks are old in system and thus know how to play politics. You are expected to be available from 8:30am in morning and they won't leave you well before 10:00PM. Hikes : mostly single digit hikes. Unless you are really close to manager don't expect much. In case of double digit expect at max 16-17% Attrition : in my team, 4 people left GL within 4 months of joining. In my 2 years of experience here I've witnessed very high levels of attrition. Feels as if working in a startup. The people who make others' lives hell, sadly are sticking with company. Upper management : up till now it has been pretty bad. I've been in 4 projects now and it is clear to me that they always always overcommit. As a result dev team/Product owners have to work late nights and on weekends. Since it has been sold to Hitachi, I am expecting 2 things : - restructuring (firing) - business contraction My opinion : Go for the interviews, probably get an offer but DO NOT JOIN. It will be a headache for you till you are here. Don't believe me. Just reach out to any friend who has worked here, you'll know. Ping people on LinkedIn. I started having BP issues after I joined GL. I work for 11-12 hrs usually and mostly on all weekends. Everyone in my team except managers work like this. Now I have planned to move out as lot of people are resigning I think I might be able to recover. And they have a dedicated team of useless hr folks who keep on adding fake reviews so actual and helpful reviews go to bottom. You are lucky if you are able to read this.

Pros

- If you are from technical background, stay at Globallogic Noida, don't think of joining Globallogic Gurgaon

Cons

- for retaining employees, they have increased notice period from 2months-3months for leads and managers, ironical is this that they want other people to join the company asap - no value for old employees, management never takes steps to stop anyone leaving the organization.
