Great Company, but for the cons listed!

Cons

Loyal, efficient and dedicated employees have NO recognition, rewards, suitable compensation or job security. Huge bias. Moreover, you are treated VERT INHUMAN during times of seperation or if at all your job position or term is ended just to fulfill the vested interests of some bureaucratic Managers. This very unforunately happens only in the India Office where the HR Team is a "PUPPET". Huge bias in Hiring & Recruiting Practices atleast across all Support Functions. The values and culture that LogMeIn promotes does not exist at the India Office.

The CEO is a playing the short-term game of boosting stock value at any cost. Re-pricing existing customers, acquisitions that are never properly integrated with the existing products. It has been working, the price/earning ratio for the stock is insane. But the goal is not to have a long term strategy, but to fill the executives pockets artificially keeping the price of stock up. There is no long term vision or strategy. All smoke and mirrors

Benefits, remote work, unlimited PTO, great people still here (who haven't already quit)

Things here are terrible now. After Franciscan Partners took over, they completely trashed the culture of the company. Leadership is clueless and has no idea how to motivate or help sales. All they care about is KPIs, and that you make your calls, pipeline, and meetings, unfortunately, those don't make you money. Comp plans were cut so you make less money now, but have to do more, but they don't care. Front-line managers are good people and frustrated because they have no control over anything. Leadership can justify themselves by solely relying on KPIs. The product is behind the market, always playing catch up. We are now just a number, they care ZERO about any employees, especially sales. If you are thinking of working in sales at GoTo, unless you are just a glutton for punishment, look elsewhere, you will regret it. Not one single salesperson is happy here. Many are looking to leave, and after President's club in April, there will be a mass exodus. This was once such a great company and place to work, but Franciscan Partners has ruined our company. We can all tell they are getting things as lean as possible to sell us off. It's really sad because this was such a great place to work and such a great sales career. There are many great people left in the company, but the org is so top-heavy with Executives who just do not have a clue, so they grasp at anything they can to try to make it work.The glory days here are over..
