      Nice company parties, merchandise. The pay and hours are ok

      Cons

      The management here sucks. They will lie to you and use you for their own good but not recognize you and take credit for themselves. If you are not a favorite then you are expendable.

      It’s unfortunate to hear of your experience with your manager. It sounds like you had some specific challenges regarding trust and communication.       'Setting for failure' spirit

      Pros

      Location is great and facilities are cool too.

      Cons

      It is being ran like a huge corporate, everything is moving very slow or moving backward, the opposite of start up spirit, like it used to be. The local management: VP, EMs are not doing anything in order to change it, but they will cut you off if you won't stand the timeline. Directors come and go every few months. You can't win or innovate that way.

      LogMeIn has certainly grown rapidly over the last few years, and that growth isn’t always ideal for everyone.       Lost itself in the acquisition

      You work with some great people.

      Cons

      I was with Jive, now LogMeIn. Before the acquisition, Jive was a fun place where trust ran deep. Now, it feels very cutthroat. A few key players to the culture left, and culture has been rocky since. Benefits that we were promised right before the acquisition were taken away. So annoying.
