LogMeIn values employee development and the Global Sales Kickoff is one of the many investments we make to support our talent. This event provides us the opportunity to come together as one team to network, celebrate accomplishments, provide education and training, as well as kick off the strategic priorities for the new year. As the company has tripled over the past 2 years, we have continued with our policy of room sharing to ensure we can financially support having the Global Sales Kickoff, while simultaneously enabling other offerings that our employees appreciate, including Presidents Club, Sales Swaps, monthly Social Hub events and holiday parties. We are proud of the career growth opportunities we offer at LogMeIn. In Sales, we have had a number of people advance their careers from individual contributor, to manager, to director. Granting them their own rooms was intended as a reward and reflection of their career success, it was genuinely not intended to be an elitist move.
