Pros

Convenient Woburn location -- oops, impossible to get to Boston location State of the art technology -- but you can't use our #1 product to work from home yourself Good employees who give 100% and get little in return Free soda

Cons

Despite 90% of workforce being from suburbs, moving to Boston to find young talent -- I guess the old talent has to suck it up and double their commute. CEO is never around, doesn't know who works for him, and relies on management too heavily. HR department consists of 3 people for over 260 employees.

Pros

Great products, recent IPO, fast moving and young environment. Lots of work and learning opportunities.

Cons

Management treats staff like garbage. Most of the staff are quietly looking for new jobs, but given the poor state of the economy, those are hard to come by.

Sales org on the LogMeIn side is a mess — absent leaders, redundant roles, and zero accountability Significant overlap between sales and channel teams creates confusion and internal friction Leadership turnover is constant, and recent hires have overpromised and underdelivered A marketing leader now runs both sales and marketing as Chief Commercial Officer — creating major misalignment Product portfolio is fragmented, with aging tools and no clear strategy to modernize UCaaS (phone) business is in decline, and sellers get little support
