Pros

A general sense of urgency that demands one to be on top of their game. Being direct and motivating is a value they push heavily, which really brings out a sense of true team work and no frills feedback. There is no room for being a shy type, everyone plays a leader one way or the other, and it is noticed. A decent discount ( in the context of the general pricing of garments in the store) and an overall sense of satisfaction when projects are accomplished. Decent pay, compared to other retail jobs True room for growth, if you're consistent, heard, and take leadership.

Cons

A heavy work load in general. Demanding, and yes, everything is observed..one has to be on top of their game. Very fast paced, no time for a 'day off' Long hours. Get ready to maybe stay past midnight some closing shifts.
