Hi to the team in PortSpot, and thanks for your review--I agree with you that people are the best part of working here ,so glad you're enjoying your colleagues and your work. I agree that the career pathing challenge is one we haven't fully cracked yet, but as someone who just hired someone from support, I can say there are plenty of opportunities--we just need to make them easier to find. Thank you for being a HubSpot alum, and for the review--sorry to hear your frustrations with the BDR program, but I would push back on the fact that individual contributors aren't valued here--I think particularly on sales we have a lot of systems in place to reward their hard work. With that said, many of the things you said are things that we are continuing to iterate and work on--we'll keep at it, thanks for the thoughtful feedback to help us get better. Sincerely, Katie
