      Fast growing, lovely colleagues

      Pros

      I have worked in many companies prior to HubSpot, big corporate companies and also startups. HubSpot manages to add the fun startup vibe to a fast growing and stable business. I could not be happier with my colleagues, I have the freedom to work on projects and a lot of support from management.

      Challenges due to the fast growth - But we are managing it really well all together

      Pros

      Working at HubSpot has been an absolute pleasure! I've been lucky to work with some great companies but HubSpot really does come out top. I feel valued and encouraged and I feel that everyone wants me to succeed and is willing to help ensure that happens. I feel absolutely at home and I can be myself, which is one of the most important things to me - and that's not the case in many roles/companies. I'm lucky enough to work with some great people where diversity is standard and learn something new from them every day.

      Cons

      There really aren't any downsides worth mentioning! Better coffee? :-)
