Pros

IBM is trying to get into the cloud business and be proactive vs reactive.

Cons

Huge company that has a difficult time changing with the times. If your over 40 watch out for age discrimination! Thousands of age discrimination lawsuits all over the US. They still use spreadsheets and antiquated tech for reporting. Very backwards thinking for such a Tech giant.
