      -Great people for the most part -Great large company name to show off on your CV

      Cons

      -Negative work environment which fosters a "Mc-ployees" robot work culture adapted to churning paperwork. -Within 1 week, any new employee can see the corporation clearly values command, control and compliance over innovation, sales, employee retention, or any kind of basic professional decency. -Uncompetitive compensation and benefits -Expect a 2% raise for a great employee, which is 1 below inflation. -Excessive bureaucracy. -Innovation is actively discouraged by the corporate culture.
