1. Great company to work and learn. 2. Learning here is like an ocean 3. Management is very good always there to help you and solve your issues and problems 4. Great campus and plant in which everyone wants to work and grow themselves

1. Less pay in junior level but very great pay in senior level 2. Tremendous work load

Constant work, good pay, good co-workers, lots of traveling, company vehicle, company tools, steady pay, no competition, competitive salary, Lots of territory expantion for work

Cons

No dental bennefits, no incentives, very little training, uniforms are not good, Long hours and very little incentive to work long hours. Lack of customer service, office is based in very bad and dangerous neighbourhood.
